
Private Sessions
Individual yoga therapy sessions.
You have arrived.
Now it's time for action. Private sessions typically last between 60-90 minutes, or longer, if you like. Our work together will include a muscular assessment and mobility work, as well as a personalized program based on your goals, such as calming the mind and refreshing the body, or fine-tuning your practice. Sessions are currently being held online and will resume in-person when it is safe.
