One-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions customized for each individual. We'll begin with a discussion about your health concerns and work together to create a personalized plan that suits your abilities, health challenges, interests, and time.
Although provided in a group format, classes are based on Yoga Therapy principles with a focus on specific themes such as anxiety/depression, cancer, chronic pain, or arthritis, to name a few.
